Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service are pretty simple:

  1. Be cool and we’ll be cool.
  2. Don’t get into any trouble and we won’t shut you down.
  3. Pay your bills and we won’t shut you down.
  4. We agree to make a concerted effort provide you with the best service you can get for the money you pay us.
  5. If you want anything, just ask. We’ll do our best to work something out.

Privacy

  1. We agree to respect your privacy here.
  2. We will not snoop on your email or files in storage except as may be necessary from time to time in order
    to comply with legal orders from law enforcement, courts, or for necessary system or network administration purposes.
  3. In these cases, we will not divulge your data to anyone unless required to do so by law.
  4. You in turn agree that you will not try to crack our systems.
  5. Additionally, we reserve the right to PERMANENTLY ban ANY IP address we find to be abusive in ANY way.
  6. This includes port scanning, attempted breakins, unsolicited commercial email, and other things.
  7. We regularly report to such services as SpamCop all senders of spam.
  8. After polling our users, we have determined that NONE of them want spam.
  9. If you are a “bulk emailer” please note that we WILL track you down and BOTH report you to your ISP AND ban all IP addresses you send from.Yes ALL of them.
  10. DataSquire holds a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for network abuse of any type including but not limited to spam.
